This week was mainly spent doing documentataion for the project. I did however end up converting the Arrow Time puzzle to work within VR with the help of the SteamVR Plugin.
I’m going to provide a brief description and then a video showing how it works.
The arrow time puzzle required some work to get it implemented into VR. Firstly, I looked at how the Valve did their implementation of the Longbow from the Lab. Luckily, they provide the bow prefab within the SteamVR plugin, making my life a little easier.
I then went ahead and changed my bow to work with this system, changing out some of my scripts to make it work correctly.
